"Translations," written by Brian Friel in 1980, tells the Story of a small Irish village during the early 19th century when British soldiers were surveying the land to create maps of Ireland, effectively anglicizing its names. "Translations" explores the themes of language, identity, culture, and the impact of colonization.
For this Project, my main objective was to create a historically accurate barn design through visual and historical research. I used different mediums like Concept art, Architectural Drawings, Storyboards, Card models, and Autocad for a Digital Model of the Barn.
